1. Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Direct courier shipping with online tracking to your address: building, suite, city, and postal code. High-value parcels over £60.00 may require signature on delivery.

Pickup point

Pick up from a nearby partner terminal or automated locker. Packages remain stored for 7 days before returning to our facility.

3. Order processing

Purchases completed before 11:00 on regular weekdays ship out that afternoon. Orders logged later, over weekends, or on official holidays dispatch the following business day. An order number arrives by email immediately after checkout.

All activewear items are enclosed in recyclable poly-sealed protective bags to guard against dirt and moisture, then packed in heavy-duty tear-resistant outer shipping satchels or corrugated cardboard cartons secured with reinforced tape.

4. Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is sorted and dispatched, you will receive an automated dispatch notification by email and SMS containing a tracking reference to monitor your delivery status via the carrier portal.

5. Lost or delayed parcel

If shipment tracking stays idle for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order reference. We initiate an official carrier search and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, per your instruction, within 10 business days of notice.

6. Damaged on arrival

If an item arrives damaged or the parcel shows visible transit impact, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and garment. We will inspect the details and arrange a replacement or complete reimbursement.

7. Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Settle in cash directly with the courier upon parcel handover. Zero advance payment needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer the total directly to our business bank account; payment details show on the checkout screen and confirmation receipt. Orders dispatch once funds post, usually within one business day.

We process Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our staff will never request card numbers or banking passwords via email or phone.

8. Delivery outside United Kingdom

We ship to specified countries. Delivery rates and transit times appear at checkout prior to payment. The recipient pays local import duties where applicable.
