1. Conditions
Items must be returned within exactly 30 days from delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free from odors, deodorant marks, and pet hair, with all original tags attached and inside the original protective packaging.
2. Return process

- Obtain an authorized return merchandise number and designated United Kingdom returns facility address.
- Pack the unworn items into the original packaging with all labels securely intact.
- Receive your refund within 3-10 business days after the returned parcel passes inspection at our logistics hub.
3. Who pays return shipping
We cover shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items via prepaid label or courier collection. You cover freight costs if returning by choice; we deduct no other fees.
4. Refund timing and method
Refunds release within 3 business days after successful inspection. Cash on delivery orders transfer to your nominated bank account; direct bank payments reverse to the sending account. Banking networks typically post funds within 1-5 business days.
