Vektor Athletic Apparel Ltd. sells sports apparel, fitness clothing, technical activewear, and athletic accessories designed for training, running, and physical conditioning. Every catalog listing details package contents, quantities, and cut. Photos show representative gear; external packaging may show minor variations.

3. Ordering and contract

Checkout submission logs your purchase. We confirm order intake by email, while sales contracts finalize upon package dispatch. We reserve order cancellation rights for depleted inventory or unverified data, issuing immediate refunds for cancelled transactions.

4. Prices and payment

Product pricing is listed in GBP and covers VAT where applicable. Shipping costs calculate at checkout prior to payment. Available payment channels: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We reserve the right to correct blatant catalog pricing errors before fulfillment, offering order reconfirmation or cancellation.

6. Product images and colours

Photos depict actual athletic stock. Fabric color rendition depends on monitor calibration, software, and ambient light; minor color variance does not represent a defect and gives no claim to free returns or compensation. Product pages list precise dimensions, materials, and components.

7. Transfer of risk

We maintain liability for goods until delivered to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. Transit loss or damage risk shifts upon delivery. Record visible freight damage directly with the driver and submit a notice to us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Return gear within 30 days of delivery following instructions on our Returns page. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all garments must conform to description, be fit for purpose, and meet satisfactory quality standards. Normal wear and tear, material degradation caused by misuse, or failure to follow garment wash and care instructions are excluded from statutory warranty cover.

• Custom-tailored, personalized, or club-printed athletic uniforms and garments.
• Perishable sports nutrition goods or items with an active expiration date.
• Intimate activewear items, including compression underwear, sports bras, and swimming garments, where hygiene protective seals or hygiene stickers have been broken or removed after delivery.
• Garments or accessories that have been inseparably combined or altered after delivery.
• Digital training guides or training media once downloading or digital streaming has commenced.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom law, the aggregate liability of Vektor Athletic Apparel Ltd. for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for that order or £100, whichever amount is greater. Nothing stated here restricts statutory liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Age and use

Account holders must be at least 18 to purchase. Use sports equipment strictly as indicated on the label; products do not replace qualified medical guidance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and all related purchase contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Unresolved claims go directly to the competent court at the seller's registered address. Statutory consumer rights in your home country remain fully unaffected.
